information related to the purchase and sale of electricity will also be
online. This will greatly help the department to reduce line loss. This will
start work on September. In this regard, Atul Nigam, Managing Director of
Purvanchal Power Distribution Corporation Limited, held a meeting with the
officers in the evening office of Bhikharipur on Monday evening.
Center and
state's energy department has been preparing to launch 'Sarathi Yojana' to
reduce the problem of line loss. Under this, feeders with the highest line loss
will be marked. Data of domestic and commercial consumers connected to such
feeders will also be kept.
According to
MD, under this scheme, we will know how much The reasons for the difference in
purchase-sale will be reviewed and then it will also be done in the direction
of removing it.
Apart from
this, the mobile applications service will be improved. The information will be
provided to the consumers as well as the bill and their payment information,
along with the information they have been using.
MD said that
the management IT help desk will be strengthened so that consumers can get the
benefit of this as well as the department. It will also be decided that all our
officers and staff will be fully trained in this regard.
For this
purpose, officers of Rular Energy Corporation, PEC and Power Grid Distribution
Corporation Limited, PGDCL have been installed. In the first phase, officers of
the Zone will be trained along with the Purvanchal Discom Headquarters.
