The Central Government of India led by the Hon’ble Prime
Minister Shri Narender Modi is considering for the launch of a new ambitious
scheme named ‘Shadi Shagun Scheme’ for Muslim girls.Under this scheme a financial assistance of Rs. 51000 will be
provided to the girls belonging to the Muslim community and who completes their
graduation as a wedding gift.
The main motto of Shadi Shagun Scheme is to encourage Muslim
girls for the pursuit of higher education. Under this scheme, all the Muslim
girls across of the nation will be targeted.

Yojana.
- Maulana Azad Educational Foundation is developing the official website for the Shadi Shagun Scheme Registration.
- This scheme will be only for the Muslim community girls who completes their graduation.
- The scheme will be rolled out in all the state across the country.
- The Muslim girls who have completed their graduation and have received MAEF scholarships will also be eligible for this scheme.
- Rs. 51000 will be not be given to the girls who left their graduation before completion.
