Apply Online Registration Form For MHADA Lottery 2017 Mumbai at www.lottery.mhada.gov.in / Result Declared

Maharashtra Region Development Authority (MHADA) has invited the MHADA Lottery 2017 Mumbai application form online at mhada.maharashtra.gov.in. The MHADA Lottery 2017 Mumbai registration will be launched as Today on September 16, 2017 and will continue till 21st October 2017.

The list of MHADA Lottery Results 2017 will be announced on November 10. Earlier, the lottery was mostly centered on the suburban areas of the city, but it is for the first time that there is a lottery house of Authority in Lower Parel in South Central Mumbai.

Interested persons wishing to Filling Online Application for 819 houses in Mumbai From MHADA can apply online for the MHADA Lottery 2017. The advertisements of the MHADA Lottery 2017 will be uploaded till tomorrow, on Mhada's official website.

MHADA has recently released the lottery for 9 72 houses. The department is constantly receiving positive feedback from the population. Keeping in mind that 1,36,577 applications were filed in these 9 72 houses, the Department has intensified the process to ensure that it releases another set of 3000 homes before the month of March, 2017. This announcement was made by Mr. Sambhaji Jande, Chief Executive Officer of MHADA.

According to the recently released figures, more than 14,000 candidates tried their luck for 14 houses in Sion. This means that there are 1000 candidates in each household, whereas each in each city, 500 candidates participate in the lottery. Keeping high demand in mind, the Maharashtra Housing Department has declared that it is issuing another lottery which will elect the ownership of 3,000 houses. How and when this action will take place, it has not yet been disclosed by the department.

5. Challan creation date and time for NEFT/RTGS 17/09/2017/to 23/10/2017.
6. NEFT/RTGS Payment date and time from 17/09/2017 to 24/10/2017 (Working days & hours of Respective Bank).
7. Debit Card/Credit Card, Internet Banking, EMD accepectance date and time: 17/09/2017 to 24/10/2017.
8. Proposed Date and Place of Lottery Draw 10/11/2017 at Rangsharda Audltorium, Bandra(West), Mumbai - 400050.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. The Applicant should have completed the Age of 18 Years.
2. The applicants himself and / or hi/ her minor children shall not own a house or flat or residental plot and land or holds a residentals plot on hire purchase basis or on a rental basis from MHADA or a house / flat / or residential plot of land or membership of an registered or proposed co-operative housing society in his / her name as the case may be in the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation of Greator Mumbai (MCGM).
3. Application shall submit Doicile Certificate.
4. Income Proof for the period date 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 shall be considered as income details.
5. Applicant can not apply more than once in one reservation category in the same code number as well as not more than one income group.
6. Applicant shall not apply using Joint Bank A/c or NRI Bank A/c. Applicant shall not use other person;s bank A/c No. for making an application.
7. Applicant should have his own PAN card.

Steps to Apply Online Application Procedure to Fill up OnlineApplication

• Applicant go to the Official Website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/
• Applicants will have to Register a First USER NAME.
• The Registered USER NAME should not be Forgotten.
• The following information is required for Registration:-

1. Name
2. Family Income
3. Passport size coloured phtograph, (cleanly scanned jpg image upto 50kb).
4. PAN Card Number (Pan card will be verified online)
5. Date of Birth (as on PAN Card),
6. Occupation
7. Marital Status
8. Gender
9. Residential Address
10. Own Mobile Number
11. Email ID
12. Bank Account Number , IFSC Code or MICR Code of the Branch

After Filling up theOnline Application Form:-

1. Before the Final submission of online application form, the information in the application can be viewed and EDITED.
2. To Apply, Please click on the Link 'APPLY FOR LOTTERY' .
3. To Apply for a Specific Scheme Code Please Click on "APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION FORM". For Filling up the form, Information like Scheme Code, Category, mode of payment etc will be required.
4. After Filling up all the information, Please Click "SUBMIT".
5. After take a Printout, sign it and those applicants, who want to make online payment, please go to option "MY APPLICATION" make payment and those application, who want to pay through D.D./P.O. at respective Axis Bank Branches.

Steps the Process For Depositing the EMD:-

4. NEFT/RTGS

Payment through NEFT / RTGS:-

1. Applicants will select NEFT / RTGS as payment mode. 
2. Payment Instruction Slip Shall get generated on Screen which can be downloaded / printed or emailed by the applicant.
3. Once the Slip is printed/emailed/downloaded, applicant shall initiate NEFT/RTGS through his/her bank as per information provided on the payment slip which is generated online.
4. Payment will be considered as valid only, as mentioned on the application form.
5. The payment needs to be initiated by applicant's bank on the Beneficiary Account Number / IFSC Code.

 IMPORTANT

1. Those applicants who wants to pay EMD through NEFT/RTGS - The applicant, who will pay the amount using NEFT/RTGS option should send EMD in the manner as deposited in the account of MHADA till 24/10/2017. After 24/10/2017 NEFT/RTGS will be not accepted, please note it.
2. If the payment is made online, the applicant will to pay the service to the service provider.
3. More than one application in the allowed groups can be filled using one bank account number by an applicants.
4. While making online payment, due to some technical error, payment is made twice, then all such payment will be refunded after the lottery.
5. Board is not responsible for any technical error while making online Payment.
6. If the Applicant purposely submits any wrong information in the application from, such application will be liable for summerily rejections.

MHADA Lottery 2017Income Criteria

1. The income groups are decided on the basis of the applicant’s monthly salary.
2. EWS is for individuals with a salary of up to Rs 25,000.
3. The salary for LIG is Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000.
4. For MIG, it is Rs 50,001 to 75,000
5. For HIG, it is Rs 75,001 and above.
