Lucknow University has invited UP CPAT 2017 application form
/ AYUSH 2017 application form at www.lkouniv.ac.in or www.cpatup2017.in. The
online application form for CPAT-017 is available on the official website from
today. The form costs for general and OBC applicants is Rs 2,000, whereas SC
and ST applicants will have to pay 1,000 rupees. Fees can be paid only by Net
Banking, Debit and Credit Card only. Take a print out of the entire application
form as well as fee receipt and retain the copy of it for future reference.
For admission to BUMS, BAMS and BHMS programs for the
academic session of 2017-2018, joint AYUSH test 2017 is being organized on 4
October 2017 at 1 PM to 4 PM. The last date to submit the UP CPAT 2017
Application Form is 25th September 2017. Candidates who are interested in fill
the form must have Aadhar Card, active mobile number, valid email ID, and
scanned copy of image, sign, and right thumb impression.

- First click at proceed option at the homepage.
- Read the instructions carefully and again click at proceed after selecting a agree option.
- Make your Registration first.
- After that you will be able to fill personal details, education qualification and upload your photo.
- Fill the application form with the necessary details.
- After filling the application form the candidates have to click at submit option.
- Keep remember your registration number and password to download UP CPAT admit card.
The exam is conducted only in Uttar Pradesh for the
admissions to Ayurvedic, Unani and Homeopathy colleges. The test aims to fill
approximately 3,160 seats offered at 49 government and private colleges for
admissions to Ayurvedic, Unani and Homeopathy courses.
