Prime Minister Narendra Modi Issue the Scheme for Children Mission
INDRADHANUSH Gujarat 2017 in the entire state to save the Children below 5
years from Diseases. Intense Mission Indradhanush(IMI), aims to reach all the
children under the age of five years and have been recovered under the Government's
Regular Immunization Program against the Prevention of Diseases of Pregnant Women.

Mission INDRADHANUSH Gujarat 2017 is an Ambitious Scheme of
Narendra Modi's Plans to Provide Protection to Children, From various Diseases.
Nearly 5 Million Children Die due to Vaccine Preventable
diseases. Apart from this, Due to Partial Vaccination or Weakness, about 89
lakh Children have to be at risk for Preventable Childhood Diseases from
Various Vaccines. This is due to the lack of awareness among parents about the
benefits of complete immunity. The Tagline of this Scheme "Every child has
the right to Disease Free, Healthy Childhood" Mission INDRADHANUSH has
Immensely Protected almost Every Person.
In the First Week of this October to January 2018, Vaccine
will be Administered for Eligible Infants and Pregnant Women.
Main Objectives of ChildrenScheme INDRADHANUSH Gujarat 2017
- The Government will Provide Protection to Children below 5 years of age.
- Special Campaign will Focus on Ensuring Full Immunity to More Than 90% of Children and Pregnant Women on Selected Districts and Cities by December 2018.
- Mission INDRADHANUSH Gujarat 2017 will be closely Monitored at District, State and Central Levels at Regular Intervals.
- The Main objective of the Mission is to Prevent Diseases such as Diphtheria, Tuberculosis, Cough, Tetanus, Polio and Fever in the Brain from the Focus Group of Zero to two Years and Pregnant Women.
- In Mission INDRADHANUSH, all Children over the Age of 5years will be Placed under 22 Injections in 5 Years. The Motivation behind thisis to save Children from Abnormal Illness and Death.
