Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girls students / Saksham Scholarship for Differently Abled Students Application Procedure

MHRD Issue the Registration Form For Online Applicant under the AICTE Scholarship Schemes. The Two Schemes are released for Students - Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girl students, Saksham Scholarship for differently abled students. This scholarship will be given to only the girls who are studying in the AICTE approved colleges.

Scheme will Provide financial assistance to the girls pursuing Technical Education. This scheme focuses on “Women Empowerment” by providing them with knowledge, skills and self confidence. PRAGATI SCHOLARSHIPSCHEME FOR GIRLS STUDENT

PRAGATI SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME is a MHRD scheme Programm being implemented by AICTE. Its main aim whose girl pursuing from Technical Education to give them help by Scholarship. The most important means of Education is empowering women with knowledge, skills and Self confidence Required to participate fully in the development process. This is the best Opportunity to Girls for Help in Education and Study in Diploma Courses. “Empowering Women through Technical Education” girls get Scholarship from AICTE.

Salient Features ofthe Scheme

1. Total number of scholarships -4000 per year (for 2000 degrees and for 2000 Diploma
2. The candidate should be admitted in the first year of the degree / diploma course. Approved institutions of the year related to AICTE related to Central State / Central Government Process
3. Scholarship for degree and diploma in case of non-availability is transferable Eligible applicant in any Degree / Diploma level program
4. Two girls per family are eligible, whose family income is not more than 8 lakhs per annum.
5. The candidate will be selected on merit basis. To study technical degree / diploma courses passed from AICTE Approved Institute is mandatory. 
6. Scholarship Amount: Rs. 30,000 / - or in fact, whichever is less 2000 rupees per month for 10 months in the form of involuntary duty every month. If Tuition fees are exempt, students are eligible to receive the amount Rupees. 30,000 / - for purchase of books / equipment / software Payment of laptop / desktop / vehicle / fee for competitive examination applications Forms / exams
7. Reservation- 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 27% for OBC candidate / applicant.

Steps to Fill Pragati Scholarship 2017-18 Application Form

1. The Students have must Go to Official website www.aicte-india.org or www.aicte-pragati-saksham-gov.in.
2. Click at Online Application invited for Pragati & Saksham Scholarship Scheme (1st Year) 2017-18 in the announcement section at the right side of the homepage.
3. If you are already registered then click at make Pragati Scholarship Login.
4. If you are new then click at Register.
5. Fill the Registration form with complete details.
6. Keep Remember your user name and password for further login.
7. After that you will be able to fill the application form online.
8. Submit the form by checking the details.

Required Document ForPRAGATI SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

1. AADHAR Card mandatory.
2. Tuition fee receipt.
3. 10^th and 12^th Class Mark Sheet
4. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC category.
5. Certificate issued by the Director/Principal/ Head of the Institute.
6. Annual family Income Certificate for the preceding financial year in the prescribed format issued by not below the rank of Tahsildar.
7. Admission letter issued by Directorate of Technical Education for the admission in Diploma/Degree course.
8. AADHAR Linked Bank Pass Book in the name of the student along with Account number, IFSC code and Photograph.
9. Declaration by parents duly signed stating that the information provided by their child is correct and will refund Scholarship amount, if found false at any stage.
